Rupert is the ideal worker.
Rupert never stops trying. Literally, if you give him a task, no matter how difficult, or even impossible, he is relentless. This can be problematic, as he will continue working on an incorrect solution until someone stops him.
Maybe incorrect is wrong.
It's more like he'll go off on tangents. For this reason, he requires close supervision, but because of his rather strong accent, no one wants this task. So usually he ends up on his own, and while he may start out writing a program to count widgets, he could very well end up designing the next generation space shuttle.
He tends to over-engineer, if you know what I mean.
Rupert also picked up an annoying habit from one of the other workers. He wears black gloves, all the time. He also brings his violin to work with him every day.
